This is the page that carries links to the KMZ files that allow you to display data on your own through Google Maps. This approach has significant limitations in how it works, owing the number of polygons in the ZIP Code files. However, it is here to allow you to use the various materials. Please note that not all states and regions are present, as we only got a certain amount of this done before moving on to the main approach, elsewhere on this site. All the files for Ohio are present, however.

Scroll down to your state of interest, then click on at the name of the region you want to download the KMZ file for that region.

To download files for the ZIP Codes in a particular state, Click on the state's name in the heading. You will get a single KMZ file, or a zip file with several KMZ files for the state. The number in the zip files name tells you how many KMZ files are required to cover the state.

You can upload these files to Google Earth and display them there, as discussed in the User Manual. This will give you the flexibility to change how things are presented. Note that Google Maps limits you to displaying a maximum of ten layers at a time.
